I suffer from a bad back principally due to long hours hunched over a computer, stress and lots of travel, but I have found regular massage keeps this in check. When we moved to Hertfordshire a year ago I was worried how long it would take to find a good masseuse because it seems only 1 in 10 are ever any good so you end up wasting time and money in quest to find a good masseuse. I found Stan through the web and he appear to be experienced and the fact that he did massage for Saracen’s rugby club was impressive. So I thought I’d give him a go…I wasn’t disappointed and struck gold. Stan gives a fantastic deep muscle massage finding every knot and tight muscle, going as deep as he can without bruising you so you don’t wake up sore the next day which a great skill, that few have.
