We can offer cover from a number of insurers for unoccupied properties including those on the market for sale, or those waiting renovation, including all types of Commercial properties.

We have schemes designed to cater for properties that are only used by the owner and also those that are let on a commercial basis.

The policy can cover buildings and contents. It has the advantage of giving full cover even when the property has been left unattended for up to 60 days.
