Unsatisfied

I could sum these guys up in two words 'Rogue Traders' but I will elaborate...Warren undertook some garden works for me, part of which was erecting a high timber fence around three sides of my property. After around six months it started to fall apart, bow and buckle, slit and sink!. I complained and was told "it's a natural product, that's why it's doing that". After threatening legal action and after some mediation at my suggestion, Warren fixed the fence but six months later it's falling down, splitting, buckling, sinking..I have therefore complained again asking for a part refund. Warren's reaction was to come to my property unannounced, barge his way onto my property and proceed to shout "I've taken photos". He then threatened me physically, shouted abuse at some building contractors working for me on my house and then resorted to calling me names. To say I am dissatisfied is a huge understatement to say the least.
